就 A 而言 introduces the point of view from which the following statement is true: 就价格而言，这个比较便宜.
Sentence Patterns — Word order, 是/有, questions, negation and the 把/被/了/过/着 patterns.
就 + A + 而言，subject + comment. 就我而言 means as far as I am concerned, and 就目前而言 means for now. A is the angle, not the subject of the sentence.
就 + A + 而言，कर्ता + टिप्पणी। 就我而言 का अर्थ है जहाँ तक मेरा प्रश्न है, और 就目前而言 का अर्थ है फ़िलहाल। A दृष्टिकोण है, वाक्य का कर्ता नहीं।
就质量而言，这个牌子更好。 就我而言，早睡早起最重要。 就目前而言，计划进行得很顺利。 就学习而言，方法比时间更重要。
就质量而言，这个牌子更好। गुणवत्ता की दृष्टि से यह ब्रांड अधिक अच्छा है। 就我而言，早睡早起最重要। मेरे लिए जल्दी सोना और जल्दी उठना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। 就目前而言，计划进行得很顺利। फ़िलहाल योजना अच्छी तरह चल रही है। 就学习而言，方法比时间更重要। अध्ययन की दृष्टि से तरीका समय से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है।
This frame lets a speaker give a partial opinion without rejecting the rest. In a debate you can accept one point 就质量而言 and still criticise another.
यह ढाँचा वक्ता को बाकी बातों को नकारे बिना आंशिक राय देने देता है। चर्चा में आप 就质量而言 से एक बात मान सकते हैं और दूसरी की आलोचना भी कर सकते हैं।
Learners treat the phrase after 就 as the subject and repeat it: 就价格而言价格很便宜 is clumsy. Do not repeat it as the subject unless you really mean to emphasise it.
शिक्षार्थी 就 के बाद वाले वाक्यांश को कर्ता मानकर उसे दोहरा देते हैं: 就价格而言价格很便宜 अटपटा है। जब तक ज़ोर देना उद्देश्य न हो, उसे कर्ता की तरह दोहराइए नहीं।
Before speaking, decide the angle you are judging from and put it after 就. The comment that follows must fit that angle only.
बोलने से पहले तय कीजिए कि आप किस दृष्टिकोण से आँक रहे हैं और उसे 就 के बाद रखिए। उसके बाद वाली टिप्पणी उसी दृष्टिकोण में फिट होनी चाहिए।
A reading question may ask what the writer thinks about one aspect. The clause before 而言 names the aspect, so the answer is the comment after it.
पठन का प्रश्न पूछ सकता है कि लेखक किसी एक पक्ष के बारे में क्या सोचता है। 而言 से पहले वाला उपवाक्य पक्ष बताता है, इसलिए उत्तर उसके बाद वाली टिप्पणी है।
Q1. 把 “As far as I am concerned, this is enough.” 译成汉语。
“As far as I am concerned, this is enough.” का चीनी में अनुवाद कीजिए।
Answer: 就我而言，这已经够了
