就算…也… means even if. 就算 opens a concession that sounds extreme, and 也 opens the result that still happens.

就算 opens a concession, and 也 opens the result: 就算明天下雨，我们也要去。 Even if it rains tomorrow, we will still go. 就算他不来，我也要去。 Even if he does not come, I will still go. 就算 is close to 即使 and 哪怕.
就算 रियायत खोलता है और 也 परिणाम: 就算明天下雨，我们也要去। भले ही कल वर्षा हो, हम फिर भी जाएँगे। 就算他不来，我也要去। भले ही वह न आए, मैं फिर भी जाऊँगा। 就算, 即使 और 哪怕 के समान है।
就算 + condition，subject + 也 + result. The subject may repeat in the second half: 就算你不去，我也要去。 Even if you do not go, I will still go. 也 stands after the subject, never before it.
就算 + शर्त，कर्ता + 也 + परिणाम। दूसरे भाग में कर्ता दोहराया जा सकता है: 就算你不去，我也要去। भले ही तुम न जाओ, मैं फिर भी जाऊँगा। 也 कर्ता के बाद आता है, पहले नहीं।
就算很累，他也要把工作做完。 Even if he is very tired, he will finish the work. 就算是小事，也要认真做。 Even a small thing should be done carefully. 就算你告诉我，我也不会相信。 Even if you tell me, I will not believe it.

就算…也… appears in promises and encouragement: 就算失败，也不要放弃。 Even if you fail, do not give up. 就算路很远，我们也要去。 Even if the road is long, we will still go.
就算…也… वचन और प्रोत्साहन में आता है: 就算失败，也不要放弃। भले ही असफल हो जाओ, हार न मानो। 就算路很远，我们也要去। भले ही रास्ता लंबा हो, हम फिर भी जाएँगे।
Learners drop 也: 就算明天下雨，我们要去 sounds unfinished. Keep the pair. Do not use 但是 after 就算: 就算下雨，但是我们要去 is wrong; use 也. 就算 is not followed by a question.
शिक्षार्थी 也 छोड़ देते हैं: 就算明天下雨，我们要去 अधूरा लगता है। जोड़ी साथ रखिए। 就算 के बाद 但是 न लगाएँ: 就算下雨，但是我们要去 ग़लत है; 也 लगाइए। 就算 के बाद प्रश्न नहीं आता।
HSK 4 reading uses 就算…也… to show a firm attitude. The answer usually says the person will act in spite of the difficulty, so look for the result after 也.
HSK 4 पठन 就算…也… से दृढ़ रवैया दिखाता है। उत्तर प्रायः बताता है कि व्यक्ति कठिनाई के बावजूद कार्य करेगा, इसलिए 也 के बाद का परिणाम देखिए।
